Axnarifashion allows you to cancel your order if its condition allows. This means that the average time to cancel your order is around 2-3 hours, ie before it can be processed. There may be several possible reasons that
your credit card is not accepted and in this case you should
contact your bank for information.

If the goods arrive at your destination and you are away, then the courier will try 2 more times, in the next working days, so that they can deliver your order to you. In case the shipment is not achieved then your order is automatically returned to us and is registered as Refusal.
